No. You can chang yor size their four giving you added muscle mass so you bet will just keep breaking that down . You may starve. But you will not die

Be very, very specific about your favorite food. For example, instead of saying 'cheese' say 'Kraft easy cheese of the spicy cheddar variety' you can still eat all other cheeses though
